I have searched a lot but not found answer to how can outside delhi people get into these institutes. can you please tell me. thank you.

    Outside delhi people do not need to give any separate exam for getting into these institutes. The admission for outside delhi people is based on AIEEE ranks. But you need to fill up the form to be eligible for counseling. The forms for counseling are released after results to CEE exam are released.
