IIIT take admission thru AIEEE and are regarded as the best college through AIEEE I can get. How do they compare against the mighty IITs?

IITs are better, they have built a good reputation over a long period of time and are associated with a brand name.

IITs have a big brand name behind them and a tag of IITian is good enough to get you a good placement across the world. However, IIITs have risen sharply in the past few years and are already competing with IITs in terms of placements etc. Sometimes students leave IITs to join IIITs mainly due to branch preference. However, it would not be a bad idea to ditch the new IITs and go in with the IIITs. One needs to do research about faculty, infrastructure etc before deciding.

No comparision between IIT and IIIT..IITs are the best ..only IIIT which you can think of is IIIT Hyderabad.But no where comparable with IIT.
